Beef brisket and beef tendon stewed in a thick tomato sauce garnished with lettuce, green onions, and cilantro. Choice of either wide egg noodles, thin egg noodles, wide rice noodles, thin rice noodles, glass noodles, or vermicelli. All noodles are served with bean sprouts and a side of soup.
