We started WaWa's in March 2015 in Athens, TX. We are a family-owned and operated seafood shack (our ‘kitchen’ at our Athens location is a food trailer) with inside or outside seating. We sell live and cooked crawfish (seasonal), boiled shrimp (peel & eat and peeled & deveined), crab legs, sausage, boudin, mushrooms, potatoes, and corn. Our fried menu includes catfish, shrimp, oysters, pickles, french fries, boudin egg rolls, and hushpuppies. We also have poboys: shrimp, fish, oyster. We now have a 2nd location in Flint, TX. Flint also has indoor or outdoor seating, and has the same menu as Athens, for now. It also has the same casual concept as Athens. Athens is BYOB, and we sell beer in Flint.
