Our first experience with real Ramen was in 2010 in a tiny Ramen shop in downtown Honolulu, and it was like attaining enlightenment. Since then, it’s been an obsession.
We’ve tried Ramen from New York City to Sydney, Australia and everywhere in between searching for that perfect bowl. Each bowl of Ramen is a uniquely different experience, and that’s what our family has dedicated nearly a decade to: creating a delicious experience. A labor of love, we’ve spent countless hours perfecting every aspect of our bowls.
