We are a small Italian Pizzeria. We offer a taste of Italy, in La Junta, Colorado.
Our Restauranteur, Guiseppe Mondello, who is from Sicily, is a 4th generation restaurant owner...and long with his 4 brothers, has opened 5 restaurants in the States...and now...he has divulged his recipes and techniques to us, here. We intentionally try to attack the customer's senses...sight, smell, taste, touch, sound, and our motto is, "underpromise, overdeliver." We do slices, pies, subs, soups, salads, flavored teas and we grow our herbs, in house! We do small parties, celebrations, birthdays, and now offer gift certificates, perfect for the holidays. Come in, let us make you feel like a regular. And if Sinatra is playing, don't be surprised if the owner asks for a dance, in between twirling pies!
