So we figured that a lot of people love a good caesar. we added the aphrodite name to the mix to make you think it coulda been a greek salad at one time. we figured there was some truth to that because it was once reported that the caesar salad was really called the aphrodite but because she rebuffed his advances, caesar stole aphrodites recipe it coulda happened ya know! how does anyone know what really happened... thats why they call it ancient history. anyway, it makes for a good story and great salad and helps take up some more space on this menu were trying to keep it simple.
