Named after one of our brewers, Rodriguez is a Belgian Saison imparting a slight earthiness & spice to this ‘brew for the people’. This recipe uses Pilsner, unmalted wheat & a bit of acid malt to create a light & refreshing summertime pint. Saisons originated from beers brewed during the cooler & less active months in farmhouses in Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium, & then were stored for drinking by the farm workers during the summer months. 6.8% ABV 30 IBUs
