Beef quesabirria, birria style cooked beef marinated in a flavorful adobo sauce, cooked in a broth until it's fall apart tender, corn tortilla melted with Oaxaca cheese, topped with cilantro, onions and salsa de arbol, served with stew broth as a dipping sauce. Served with azafran rice and black beans.
