Whole Wheat Crepes W/ Blueberries

A new crepes creation! We take two whole wheat crepes, fill them w/ sweet cream cheese & top them w/ lightly sweetened blueberries & powdered sugar. A squeeze of lemon makes them even tastier! Served w/ egg substitute & two strips of turkey bacon.
