Our Falafel’s main ingredient is the chickpea, also known as a garbanzo bean. It’s nutritious and rich in protein and vitamins. The chickpeas are ground and then mixed with a blend of our exotic spices and herbs. The crust is crunchy and the inside is moist and burst with flavor.
