Our fragrant and aromatic broth is the outcome of slow simmering of beef shank, bone marrow, traditional herbs and spices. Hot broth is added to the noodles as ordered, topped with your choice of meat, garnished with fresh scallion, cilantro and onion. Pho is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeno and lime. Served with your choice of up to five toppings.
