Wontons filled w/ minced shrimp & pork. Pale yellow & rounded. Made w/ wheat flour & eggs. A southern vietnamese noodle soup w/ clear chicken broth makes it’s a refreshing taste. Topped w/ onion, cilantro & a dash of fried shallot. Served w/ sprouts, limes. Jalapenos.
