Spicy Beef With Green Onions In Wine Sauce

Thinly sliced beef treated to very hot wok for one minute. Remove beef and place slivers of carrots, onion, and green onions in wok. Add ginger, garlic and spicy wine sauce and return beef to wok for one minute. Excellent!
