Jumbo shrimp and beef placed in hot wok with oil, quickly toss and remove. Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, onion, wine and hot garlic sauce. Separately deep fry peanuts, then add peanuts and shrimp to wok containing other ingredients and toss lightly simply scrumptious!!!
