Jumbo shrimp are tossed quickly in hot wok with oil and removed. Place water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, onion, wine, and hot garlic sauce in wok. Separate deep fry peanuts. Add peanuts and shrimp to wok containing other ingredients and toss lightly. Simply scrumptious!
