Named after the city we live in, we’re a little biased toward the seattle roll, we had to make a sushi roll we were proud of, so we took fresh wild Alaskan sock eye salmon & cold smoked it to perfection, then we added cream cheese, & asparagus & wrapped it in rice, it’s as great as the city it’s named after.
