Ashak*

Ashak is a very traditional and very popular afghan dish. boiled dumplings filled with scallions and spinach, topped with mildly spiced sauteed ground beef, yellow peas and delicious homemade yogurt, garlic and mint sauce. (can be made vegetarian).
