Azteca's signature Margaritas are made with homemade fresh citrus juices, fresh orange and lime slices, muddled and hand shaken with premium 100% agave tequilas served traditional Mexican style on the rocks or martini style.According to legend, it was during a party at her cliffside hacienda in Acapulco that Margarita began experimenting with “the drink.” Looking for something to cut the dust of a hot afternoon, she mixed tequila, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Her cocktail kept the party going for two weeks. To this day, Margarita Sames says a Margarita without Cointreau is not worth its salt!
