Willow Hill Farm La Fleurie (milton, Vt)

Is made from the pasteurized milk of the farm’s brown swiss cows. When young, it is mild & buttery w/ a tang similar to crème fraiche. As la fleurie matures, these flavors intensify & develop notes of earth, mushrooms, brown butter & nuts.
