Arby's is a fast food restaurant chain that serves roast beef sandwiches, Market Fresh selections, and 13-hour smoked brisket. The first Arby's opened in Boardman, Ohio in 1964. The name Arby's is based on the initials of the Raffel Brothers, who founded the company.
