Lambic, lembeek, belgium. this framboise has a huge bouquet and makes a delicate aperitif. though obviously full of raspberries, the nose isn't sweet. the raspberries almost taste fresh with the faintest impression of wheat character also evident. clean in the finish, it leaves little but the merest impression of sweetness round the edges..
