Our mild house brew comes from a farming cooperative in the celaque mountains, one of the highest mountain regions in honduras, in the national park area known as the biologico mesoamericano. the land area is optimal for the production of coffee due to elevations between 3,600 to 4,950 feet, the quality of the soil, and good climate. the cooperative, founded in 1999, maximizes the use of land, capital, technology and human labor to instill excellent farming practices, improve the quality of life for farming families and contribute to the transformation of the region. flavor profile: well balanced, clean aroma.
