Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House will be hosting a poutine pop-up in partnership with Face Rock Creameryand Portland Trailblazer Dorell Wright's D. Wright Way Foundation in honor of American Cheese Month on Oct. 27 from 6 8 p.m. Five participating chefs Aaron Barnett (St. Jack), Rick Gencarelli (Lardo), Kevin Atchley (Pine State Biscuits),Ben Grossmann (Dig A Pony) and Jill Ramseier (Deschutes Brewery) will serve up their twist on the poutine to a panel of judges, including six members of the Portland Trailblazers. During regular business hours on the 27th (11 a.m. 9 p.m.), diners will be able to order a sampling of each chef's recipe for $10. Guests can also vote for the "People's Choice Awards" where all proceeds will go directly to the charity. The winning recipe will be featured on Deschutes Brewery's menu for the remainder of the week.
